Sailing on Nieuw Amsterdam next April. Already in anticipation mode lol!

Enjoy! You didn’t mention whether this is your maiden voyage on the NA or a return voyage, but if you haven’t been there, I highly recommend the Tamarind! [emoji483]

Totally agree with you. This is a must for us when the Tamarind is an option.

Even if you are only "meh" about Asian food, still try the Tamarind. The service is top notch and I am sure you will find many likable dishes.

Also, if they offer it, try the Cellar Master's Dinner. Multiple courses with wine pairings. It was in the Culinary Arts Center during our April TA on the Koningsdam. I think it was $89 per person but I thought it was worth it!

Have sailed on Eurodam and loved Tamarind. It was an important factor in choosing next trip. Thanks for validating. Did you have a fav menu item? This trip is just seven days, but already thinking of booking there twice because so many things are calling my name( nice problem to have lol).

I love several items, but two of my favorites are the wasabi encrusted filet mignon and the chicken coconut curry. But everything on the menu is excellent. And I agree you should book it twice! Enjoy!
