No only on the newest ships

Since they don't have a Haven restaurant, suite guest can have breakfast or lunch in either Cagney's or Moderno (don't know which one is used on the Gem).

No it doesn’t, you can have breakfast and lunch in Moderno. Dinner either in specialty restaurants or main dining room. To me the. Haven is not the same on the Gem. I guess I was spoiled on the Breakaway

The suites restaurant has a breakfast and lunch menu similar to the the Havens restaurants on the mega ships. The restaurant is for both Havens and Suites guests.

You can have your butler serve your food in the haven courtyard....we did that for one breakfast. We didn't want to eat in the room, and we weren't in the mood to walk down a whole flight of stairs to go to the restaurant lol

Recently, Cagney on the Gem (Deck 13 Mid) was setup/used as dining option for breakfast (and, I believed, also for lunch) ... for suite and Haven guests.

They utilize one of the specialty restaurants for suite passengers to have breakfast or lunch. It is the Haven restaurant for ships that have them and usually, it is either Moderno or Cagney's on ships without a Haven restaurant. If you cruise in a suite, upon embarkation, they will take you to the restaurant for lunch.

No bar but there is a dedicated courtyard valet who will bring drinks from the morning hours until about 4:00 p.m or so.
