Port side or Starbord for round tip Seattle to Alaska?

I had the same question, and everyone said either side is fine, so I booked port side😀 (We always booked port side on previous Caribbean cruises)

It doesn't matter. Scenery is all around you, and you definitely wouldn't want to be locked in your cabin.

Agree - "on the ship" is the better side than "not on the ship". ;)

The port side is city side as you sail away from Seattle.

We chose port side verandah on our first Alaska cruise last September. Had great views of Seattle as we sailed out and in Glacier Bay. As we entered GB, starboard side was closer to shore and had better views of wildlife.

Our first Ak cruise we had starboard. No complaints.

In 3 weeks we'll have Port. I'll let yu know if one was better than the other! ;p;p:)
