Mazatlan Aquarium

We'll be doing the Riviera in November and I would really like to go to the aquarium in Mazatlan. It looks like it is about a 3 mile walk from the cruise port, and while we are physically able to do that, I would rather spend my time having fun. What is the best way to get to and from the aquarium? If we take a taxi or pulmonia, does anyone have any idea on the price, and what would we then do for the return trip? Thanks in advance!

Can't help with the price. Grab either a cab or pulmonia outside the gate. Prices should be cheaper than inside the port. We've paid $5 or $6 for three of us to go to the mercado just to give an idea of prices. Should have no problems grabbing a taxi on the street back to the ship.
