Not seeing beverage package with sip n sail booking

I booked two cruises with sip n sail ten days ago, the beverage is not showing up on my bookings on the Princess website. TA says Princess is having issues on this. Has anyone else seen this problem. Booking invoice show the beverage package but not on the cruise personalizer.

When you open the travel summary document (as if you were going to print it) is it listed there?

 

In February I booked two cruises under the Anniversary Sale. On one the personalizer specified Anniversary Sale, on the other it didn't. But at the bottom of the travel summary doc for both all the perks were listed.

I've had it as a promo twice and, in addition to the Travel Summary, I was able to find it by clicking on the beverage package as if I was going to purchase it. At that point I saw the package showing as paid in full.
