What kind of temperatures can I expect while scenic cruising in the Fjordlands? Will be there mid January, 2018.

We were there in late Jan 2013 on Radiance. It was cold at sunrise when we were on the helipad for the sail-in to Milford. Most people had jackets, beanies & gloves on. They were serving coffee on the helipad, including 'special' coffee to warm us all up.

As the day warmed up, off came all the jackets etc & it was quite pleasant, although the wind was cool.
