Can a manual wheelchair be pushed on the malecon in Mazatlan?

Mazatlan is out for wheel chair, suggest resort day at El Cid in Mazatlan, they open arms to cruise passengers, and you will see many of your fellow ship mates, Cabo and PV are in for wheel chairs. Cabo easiest (right off the ship). PV $6 taxi ride south to Malecon, then stroll (roll) south from there

Cabo is a tender port. The tender might be a no go for OP’s spouse.
