Questions on entering Cape (Cabo) Verde

Our Regent cruise in Feb/March stops in Porto Grande for a day. I see from some older threads that visas aren’t required for this type of visit. Does anyone know if this is still the case?

Also, do you know if yellow fever vaccinations are required? We sail there from Brazil which has had yellow fever in some but not all regions. My read is we are ok without them but it isn’t clear. If anyone has recently gone from Brazil to Cape Verde and can tell me if it was required I will really appreciate it.

We did not need a visa or yellow fever cert., but are British. This is really something you need to check on the official website for your country as it can vary depending on your nationality and rules can change as well of course, so any previous experience, even recent is not fool proof. For Brits that is the FCO site, but would not know about other countries.
