We cruised on Pullmantur Horizon in January (Canaries) and have same booked for Jan 2019 on Zenith. I presume the experience on Zenith will be the same. All announcements were in English and we had no issues conversing with staff. Daily newsletter in English for us as well. There was one theatre show in Spanish which we didn't attend but all others transcended language barriers.
