If you wish to eat in MDR you will want cruise casual or nicer. This means on non-formal night you can wear nice shorts and a collard shirt for men, and something similar for women cute shorts and top. Formal night requires a minimum of pants.

I personally stick with slacks for my husband and a dress shirt or nice button up every night. And I wear cute summer skirts, capris and cute dresser shirt or summer dresses. Hubby wears long sleeve with slacks and tie, and I wear "nicer" dresses on formal night, but this is our choice. You can dress as dressy as you want. We sometimes even go all out with formal dress and such.

Just no basketball, sleeveless, etc. and remember formal night is pants (no shorts) so a little nicer.
