Liberty- Carnival Legends Show

I participated several years ago. Cruising on the Liberty in December Are the artists still the same? James Brown, Frank Sinatra, ?? ??

They have updated them to be more current legends and not sure who they are using these days.

Last summer they had sonny and Cher (60s style) and Madonna. I think there was an Elvis. Can't remember the rest.

Was on the Liberty just last week . They had the following :

Britney Spears

Garth Brooks

James Brown

Frank Sinatra

Gloria Estifan

Madonna

Aretha Franklin

Sonny and Cher - crew did those

Dolly Parton -cruise director did that one

Surprised they didnt introduce more contemporary legends when they changed a year or so ago

exact ones from over 5 years a go. Oh boy I guess I am obligated to perform my James Brown routine again. I know how I can improve and won't be so nervous.

How was the cruise , ports and ship?

You can also add Ricky Martin, and Elvis Presley. I'm told that some ships have actually updated the list of performers, changing all of them out with the exception of Elvis and Frank Sinatra. I haven't personally seen the "new show", but as it's on very few ships. :confused:

After seeing these a bunch of times we have pretty much stopped going.

Guess it is fun for new cruisers and performers but after awhile wish they would really freshen this up

30 years from now do you think they will still be doing the same legends?

Would imagine a lot of younger cruisers might not even know who some are.

was ricky martin twice first time was first on stage experience and was super nervous but it was a great experience and the second time was a last second fill in and rocked it but yeah they should update the artist

I heard that they added Ozzy

I think Carnival has gotten away from the Legends show. It wasn't offered on the Conquest in December.
