Princess casino cash

Hello folks.

I just noticed that on my upcoming princess cruise my wife is getting casino cash, but I am not. I think I was told when we booked that we would both get 75.00.

My wife plays slots mostly. While I play craps and Blackjack. My play is usually 3 to 4 times hers. Last cruise she spent 800.00 in casino while I played over 2500.00. I played an average of 3 hours a night.

Is there a number or email address for princess casino's? Do they not count table games?

Thanks

So I heard back from Global Casino Services today. Pertinent info is below. I spent 1500.00 in the casino on the last cruise and my wife spent 500.00 in the casino that trip. She put about 200.00 in the slots. She got 75.00 free play and I got zip. I can only conclude that Princess does not rate table play for Casino rewards. Craps, and blackjack.

Looks like a trip to Harrahs instead of gambling on Princess this cruise.

Hi Pat,

Thank you for contacting Global Casino Services!

Unfortunately, your level of play does not qualify you for any pre-boarding comps at this time. Please ensure you check-in with your designated casino staff once on board as they will provide you with on-board comps based on your level of play.

We look forward to welcoming you on board.

This has made me scratch my head through the years as well. And what I am starting to think is they are sending the higher offers to who ever cashes in at the casino cage. For years i have played 5 to 10 times what the wife plays but the wife would get great offers from Princess and me, well not so much. I was fine with it because hey what the family gets the family gets ;p. But it always made us laugh as she was playing penny slots and minimum table bets and I bet ALOT more on the tables.

The wife would always cash in all my chips at the cage (how convenient for her). So the last cruise I ended up cashing my chips at the cage a few times through out the cruise and all of the sudden my casino cash offers went way up. They always scan your card when you use the cage. That is all we can figure. As long as one of us gets it that is all that matters. They definitely don't rate the same as land based casinos though.

Do you give the dealer your cruise card when you play so spending can be tracked? That's how they track your wife's play on the slot machines.

Yes do. I also make a point of talking to pit boss, box man on craps etcetc.

someone dropped the ball, as I find the table games comps are much better than the machines. The don't care how much you cash out, they track you play, win or loss. they count how many spins you make with what bet. The count how much you bet and number of hands played per hour. Next time you talk to a supervisor, ask him/her you play level. The know exactly you level of play all the time. Why do you think they offer free cruises and casino cash in you mailbox on the last day of the cruise?

I haven't paid for a cruise in my last 5, and have another FREE cruise and entry for the Blackjack tournament
