"Finding a Cruise" on O's website - new format?

I admit, I haven't done a search for cruises recently.

We've been concentrating on the 3 cruises we've already reserved.

Something has changed, and although I don't mind new formats (lies, all lies, I hate new formats  , but that's a different topic), it seems that I cannot select more than one month or one ship at a time.

I'm sure that I used to be able to select several months, and, say, two ships (e.g., Riviera & Marina), and get all of those cruises to display.

I assume I'm doing something wrong, but... what?

I can't find the display where the actual months are shown, rather than having a drop-down menu, etc.

Hints?

Thanks!

maybe just a problem on the USA site

I do not have any problem with the Canadian site

Option 2 ..operator error ;)

When you click on FIND A CRUISE from the top menu does it then show "Cruise search" with an triangle pointing down ?

It hasn’t changed. I would clear your cookies, (i use Safari, and chrome and still see the “old” format). Select Find a cruise, and it comes back with the months, ships, duration..etc. You sure you are at oceaniacruises.com and not a TA site that looks similar?

I believe that you may be viewing an archived Web Page for some reason.

When I visit www.OceaniaCruises.com and go to the "find a cruise" page, I see this:

-and it is possible to view multiple ships for multiple months:

The quickest fix for you might be trying a new browser.

Yes, thanks. THIS is exactly what I've always seen in the past, until a few minutes ago.

Very odd.

OKAY... I fixed it temporarily.

I also suddenly noticed that there was no way for me to get to "My Account" or such.

But I typed in "https://www.oceaniacruises.com/". (Anyone see any error?)

I "fixed" it, for now, by Googling Oceania, and then clicking on their "official ad" there.

Many thanks!

I still don't know "what happened" other than those pesky computer gremlins.

The web site doesn't want to load on my computer at all!

I can get into my own account and see my cruise that is booked but it is just about impossible to look up others.

I am using Firefox and it doesn't like it!

I have no trouble with other sites so I don't see why I should have to go to the trouble of using a different browser just because this web site is not configured well!!

Did you try what worked for me (although I had a different problem)?

That is, Google Oceania Cruise Lines, and then click on their website... rather than typing it in.

NOTE: *Now*, after that episode, typing it in works just fine.

Good luck.
