Transport For Mobility Impaired Along Length of Pier?

It's been several years since we have been to Cozumel and even so, I can't recall too much about the pier. I have, however, seen a Utube video and it looks like the piers are quite long. (Not sure yet which pier our ship will dock at.) Since my dh has a bit of a mobility issue, I am wondering if we can expect any type of transport to operate on the piers for those who might have difficulty walking from their ship to pier's end and vice versa. Maybe pedicabs or something?
