Epic~ How can I tell from the diagram the bed location?

With the curve the adjacent cabin will not be a mirror image.

So the cabin above the illustration would have the bed closer

to the balcony and perhaps be more desirable avoiding the

proximity to the bath vanity shower toilet facilities***.

Another advantage in both designs is the extra space between

the bed and opposite wall of the cabin. Not having to side-step

or walk sideways to get to the other end of the cabin.

 

*** Note unless in a suite - all the plumbing fixtures are

immediately accessible from the passageway outside your

cabin door. Makes it real easy for the Ship's Maintenance

people to service a problem without intruding into the cabin.

 

The curve in the cabin creates the illusion of a bigger wider

cabin when it and the adjacent cabin have the same amount

of square footage of useable space.

 

Perhaps a better arrangement than the straight (mirrored ?)

walls of older designed ships
