Taking the Game of Thrones tour from Dublin

We have booked a day trip to see many Game of Thrones filming sites in Belfast, but from Dublin. Our ship is docked in Dublin for two days, so we booked this day long tour for our second day in port.

We need info regarding how early we can disembark in the morning (Dublin)to get to our tour bus by 7:45 am.
