Our WiFi calling was very bad on Jewel, which has the same system as Grandeur. People on the other end kept telling me all they heard was static. Hopefully your experience will be better.

No, the internet speed and reliability is not as good on the Grandeur as on the Anthem.

On the Anthem, it usually feels like one is at home, on a regular connection.

On the Grandeur, it often feels close to the days of dial up.

We used it on the Grandeur, Oasis and Anthem.

All 3 worked for my early 20's Son. I used it once or twice on each cruise and remember no issues on any of those 3 ships.

To put my opinion in perspective, I would have a dial for my cellphone if available.

That was my uninformed belief, but RCI pitches both as "fast"

The actual speed on both ships may be in the same ballpark (about 4 Mbps down for Stream) but the latency is quite different (the thing that affects user performance the most).
