Are shorts allowed for breakfast in MDR? I know for dinner it's NO but breakfast?

What is the cost of the premium water? We have packages, just wondering.

If we are at a specialty dining: Do we have to tell the MDR staff we won't be there or will they know due to reservation? Also what about if we won't be there due to late port stop (San Juan 3pm-10:30pm = might not be back for early dinner). Don't want to keep others waiting if we're not going to show up.

Yes..breakfast and lunch are VERY casual. Just no bathing suits showing. If you are sharing a table with others in the MDR, it's nice to let them know when you won't be joining them...but it's not a requirement. If you know ahead of time, by all means, mention it. If it's a last minute thing...don't worry about it.

Yes shorts are allowed at breakfast and lunch (sea days) in the MDR.

We purchase the Premium Non Alcoholic Pkg and for dinner we order wine or champagne by the glass.

Yes advise your MDR Staff your are going to Specialty restaurant to avoid your table mates wait for you.
