Anyone on WindStar Nice 5/9 to Rome 5/16

We are a couple interested in sharing a van from the dock to Rome Center hotel. We were quoted 100euros for 1 to 4 people. Would like to split the cost with another couple.

Your dates do not make sense. 5/9 to 1/16.

Is this US date format (May 9th to Jan 16th)? You may get more replies if your dates made sense.

Thanks for warning me, that is just a typo, the cuise begins in Nice on May 9. I still would think if people were on the cruise May 9 out of Nice they would get the mesage. Windstar is so small that I think that not many passengers would see it anyway.

Last year we took the train from Rome to the port at Citavecchia. It was all very easy. Mass transit is Europe runs like a clock. The train station is about a 10 minute walk from where the ship docks. I can't recall the price but I was thinking it was 15 euro per. Check out the schedule.

Hi, did you get any responses to your inquiry re van in Rome from Port? We are in the same situation, but are taking this cruise, Nice to Rome, on May 25. The ground transportation seems quite expensive. Wondering what you discovered about the lowest fare. Would very much appreciate a response.
