Booking restaurants for Christmas Eve and New Years 2018-2019 (NCL Sun)

I believe we can book restaurants 90 days out. I'm on the South America cruise that runs over Christmas and New Year. Has anyone had any trouble getting dinner reservations this time of the year? I'm really interested in Le Bistro for both nights.

Be aware. With the holidays things may not go as smoothly as normal. We tried Cagneys on New Years Eve one year and waited almost 2 hours past our reservation time.

I'll just flash our Viking luggage tag and they will clear a path to our table. Isn't that right? Does that work on NCL? :')
