Carnival Sunshine Refrigerator in Interior Room?

We have cruise once before on Carnival Fascination and the rooms did not have a refrigerator. Considering this is a bigger ship, I was wondering if there were refrigerators in the interior rooms.

Also, if there are not, does anyone know if you can bring roll-on coolers to keep our carry-on drinks cold for the week?

No refrigerators in inside rooms on Sunshine. For some crazy reason they didn't add them when they refurbished this ship. You can bring a cooler but it can't be any larger than 12"x12"x12" and has to fit through the scanner at security.

One of the three reasons we will not sail Sunshine is lack of frig. Strange that they were not added.

Many other Carnival ships work better for us.

4j's on deck 3 have them. I think only the new rooms that were added have them.

Minibars are in suites and staterooms on decks 3/5/10/11/12 and select staterooms on deck 9

The following decks have refrigerators on the Sunshine decks 3,5,10,11,12

They do have a very limited number of portable refrigerators that can be used to store medications. We asked for one several months ago and they were almost out of them at that time.

Cabin 8329, Category 4F had one. Unfortunately it took the place of the bench at the dressing table.

We had the same arrangement on the L-shaped aft balconies on deck 6 for all 3 of our B2Bs. Really worked well at keeping things cold, but did make access to the dressing table awkward for my wife.

My balcony on Deck 7 (7262) had one.

Which specific room are you wondering about a refrigerator? Did you check floor plan and/or sites that show pictures of the room?

We had inside cabins 7204 & 7208 last year and both had fridges.

How about cabin 7177?
