Suite question?

This is our first time sailing on Royal. In the past on other cruise lines, prior to sailing the concierge contacted us with any request. Does Royal do the same? We are sailing May 20th with no contact yet.

We don't have many request, but we do have a couple. Thanks :)

You may or may not get contacted in advance by the concierge.

In my experience, when contacted by the Concierge, it has been about a week before the sailing.

Last few cruises got a e-mail about 5 days before sailing with a list of the perks

Correct, JS does not get concierge services.

Thanks to all for the info!

We leave Saturday and I was contacted by the Concierge on Adventure by email yesterday, (Tuesday) asking if we had any requests. I gave a list of preferred dining times in Chops and Giovanni's and Main Dining venue. Heard back today saying they were submitted to Restaurant Manager and awaiting confirmations which will be sent to me ASAP........answered an excursion question as well. Hopefully, my preferred times will become a reality.

We received an email Monday for Oasis sailing next week.
