Alaska Live, July 17th - 27th. Just the tip of the iceberg.

Recommended Posts

Whew okay, I was a little afraid of what your proof for the Order of Alaska Walrus would be.

Hey, did I notice a piano in that room floor plan? Will we be given the privilege of another piano scope? That was so much fun!

We took the same picture with our son under the antlers at the animal sanctuary. Love it!

Hope that you can get a little rest now. Hard to do on an Alaska cruise. So much to see and do!

I doubt there will be a piano scope again, but you never know. ;)

Andrew, OMG. You mentioned earlier that you felt like you were talking to yourself but I am sure everyone was like me by being captured by your pictures and story, simply mesmerized! Great, great review! This is the best and you are barely on the ship! Well done.

I like Niksmom have just put Alaska this n the agenda for next year for our 25th anniversary. However it will be done in our motor coach and not n a cruise ship.

Can’t wait for more, thank you so much!

Enjoy!

Edited to add: You and Lisa, Owen and Gramma are Salt of the Earth”!

I see you survived the land tour! Exhausted yet? [emoji6]

LOL, you bet because it’s over! Owen didn’t sleep like your son, Ben if I remember correctly, but he did find the hours on the bus boring. He has made a friend who is the same age though. They sat together in the bus and ran like dogs at the park, when they were released from the bus.

Somehow I still woke at 5:50 with no alarm.

I'm really enjoying your review.

Hoping you can post some pics and maybe a video of your room here. I can't seem to get into your scopes.

Wishing you smooth seas!

Seas as smooth right now. Pics will come when possible.

Your photos are amazing! Thank you for sharing!

I love that you have a cat named Lucy! So do we.

And as for the room: I must agree with a previous poster, OMG!

A will say a little sheepishly that the bed is firm. It is much more comfortable though than riding the seat of the bus after a long day. [emoji6]

The main numbers seem sort of normal (download could be better) but that jitter....[emoji33]

I’m feeling a little jittery as I type this. I’m putting it down on the fact that I need some coffee, and not the wifi. I have been impressed though. I wonder if RC put a router in my room specifically so I have better connection so I could do this review. Scratching my chin and thinking out loud. Posting photos though 1 of 4 went up on the app, the others failed to load.

Either that or a Wham song is about to break out..... do the jitter bug.

Thank you for the kind words. I know doing the review occasionally gets me the hairy eyeball from Lisa but someone has to keep me in check. I really hope you make it to Alaska next year. These photos do not do it justice.

As for the salt of the earth, thank you for the humbling comment. After all that our family has been through over the last few years we just continue to be who we are.

Don’t wake up with the first thing on your calendar being regret is my best advice. That is the best way to start your day even at 6am.

Dessert, we saved a small space for it but it was gone before photo proof. The place was empty though, every one must have been in bed.

Andrew do they still have the old menu in Giovanni's? Love it on Radiance with large windows. We had old menu in March and I had dined in that location on Radiance when it was Portofino. :)

And the most important thing. Hello toilet, my old friend.

We got a fancy urinal too. WINK. That’s my eye winking. The eye on my face, not the eye down under. Well that went sideways now didn’t it.

I see the suite has the new carpeting. In March they were replacing carpets. Looks like same carpeting as on Harmony.

Beautiful accommodations. Enjoy!!

All caught up. Great job Andrew. I have you and TheDougOut on the Breakaway to entertain me all week.

Looking forward to your Flowrider scopes.

I saw Doug was live too.

As for the flow riding the bustards at RC are teasing me. The photo of the wave and our normal cabin. That’s a double shot.

Radiance is great though. You need to do it. Elevators seemed crowded though compared to Oasis Class but I think Oasis could calf/birth out out a Radiance Class ship.

You guys visit Hubbard in the afternoon, so much for wearing your PJ’s unless you really want to. LOL! We visited Hubbard EARLY so we stayed in the room. Thank goodness we were able to do that. Especially with a teenager.

I don’t know when it is but, Happy Anniversary to you and Lisa!!

Thanks for the pics of your cabin! Very nice! Enjoy your day!
