Just saw the new Carnival Horizon in drydock being built in Venice Italy

It was at the Fincantieri ship yard and I spotted it as we were driving by in our tour bus on the way to our stay in Venice Italy, it’s impressive the number of ships they build, check out their site:

Yes I saw Horizon there. At first, I saw it from our Hotel Bedroom. (Just saw the funnels and not which ship) and my first thought was "wow, Carnival dock way outside of the cruise port". But driving past I eventually saw and recognised the name. It was the sight of the sky rail that instantly made we realise which ship it was before seeing the name on the side.

Horizon is now leaving Fincantieri to start sea trials.
