Ketchikan Bus Schedule for 2018

If you plan to use the public bus in Ketchikan in May and rest of summer, read this first:

Thank you for posting this! Hadn’t planned on taking the bus but since we’ll have this info with us, I think we will!

Does anyone know how far of a walk it is from dock to totem heritage center? Weather permitting, we prefer to walk if not crazy far!

I don't really know, but it appears to be quite a bit away from the area that's close to the cruise ship berths - i.e., not really what I might consider to be downtown Ketchikan, if there is such a place. You might be able to pull up a google map and ask for walking directions from Dock & Front Streets (or something like that) to Totem Heritage Center. I'm guessing it wouldn't be a very decent walk, though, just because it looks to be away from everything else.

I put it in Google - not as bad as I imagined: about a mile, 18 minutes to walk from berth 2, Front & Dock Streets!

We were at berth 2 last week and it took 20 min max to walk from there back to ship to catch the bus to totem bight.

Have not really looked at the summer schedule listed above, but I read somewhere that the shuttle goes right by there.

You're right - free shuttle (salmon bus) does go by Totem Heritage Center.
