Formal nights (not dress codes)

I think I've read somewhere on this board that you can find out from the cruise planner which nights will be 'formal'. Is that correct and, if so, can someone point me in the right direction please? I'm off on my first Silverseas cruise in February next year and can reserve restaurants now so this would be helpful to know. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Very much looking forward to our trip on Silver Spirit. These boards have been really interesting to read and have answered quite a few questions I’d thought of. 🛳
