Yankee Trails Shuttle Bus to Manhattan/Bayonne/Brooklyn terminals

I was so excited when I found out that Yankee Trails was running a bus service from a local pickup point to the NYC cruise terminals. It was $90 round trip per person, and that was a little more than I would pay if I used train/cab, and about the same as parking, but I thought that I would have no hassle, so it would be worth it.

Boy was I wrong! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! They got us to the cruise terminal 1.5 hours late, tried to put our luggage on the wrong ship, and on the return, left us waiting for our pickup outside on a cold rainy sidewalk for 3 HOURS with no communication. When contacted, they did not care, just shrugged us off. Rotten bus service, rotten customer service. Stay away at all costs!

That is horrible. Did you take the matter up with them? I have used them many times with no issues. I plan to use them again in April but this is the second bad review I have heard lately.
