Not sure but there are not a lot of airline choices from Atlantic Canada. I know in my city we only have Air Canada and one charter that only operates during part of the year. I know I have had lots of experience with flight delays, technical problems and damaged bags with Air Canada so maybe that is what they are getting at. But I would argue that is common among all airlines. They have always made it right with me if there was ever an issue.

People/PAX are surprised for some reason when they bother to read the cruise contract they agree to when they board. The biggest little bomb is there is no guarantee the ship is going where you want to go. More than a few cruise ships intended for the Caribbean left Florida and made a left instead.

I was on a RCI cruise a couple of years ago to New England/Canada. The cruise right before was supposed to go to Bermuda but instead was changed to New England/Canada. A number of people were doing B2B cruises and went north twice.
