Hi fellow loosers...I'm back again...

Hi all, haven't been here lately, but was often about a year ago...yes, unfortunately I regained some, and now have to get it off for this summer's back2back--DH ruined me last year, now we dont wanna go for a week anymore, hehe! I'm seeing some familiar names from last year, glad 2b back....

Eating to lose and cruise is a FOREVER thing!

yes, I'm definately lucky....or not?? Now the 7 days r short! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img] Yes losing to cruise is constant, losing, keeping it off it's always a battle... I was pleased last year tho, after 2 weeks and a few days in Miami, I only gained 8lbd, most of which was water weight...I ate everything, drank aplenty too....but we walked everywhere, and climbed stairs tons! A few laps in the pool helped(when u get there early), and a couple of days in the fitness center. I did drink water from teh tap, it didn't seem too bad tasting, and way cheaper than the bottles at the bar---tho the pool waiters would serve frozen bottles which was great! Now just gotta get bikini ready, and I'm already in shpae, just not the one I want yet haha! [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]
