Magic Debarkation

I’m not clear on how debarkation works. Do you choose your time or is a time assigned to you? Does putting your luggage out the night before affect your debarkation time? And what about FTTF? Does that get you off the ship any quicker and, is it worth it? What gets you through customs quicker; an earlier or later debarkation time? Sorry about all the questions. Any info is greatly appreciated.

1.Putting your luggage outside your door only means that you don't have to carry your luggage off the ship.Make sure you have clothes to change into or you will be walking off the ship in your PJ's

2. You will be given a blue tag with a number on it the lower the number the earlier you get off

3. Fttf will get you a blue luggage tag # 2 or you can do self assist and walk off with your luggage

4. We were just on the Carnival Pride in June and we did self assist we were given a letter the night before disembarking on where to meet and what time we meet at the red frog pub on deck 3 and our ship docked at 8:30 and at 9:05 we were walking off the ship.

5. going threw customs is a breeze with passports you will be directed to go to a certain line and you give the officer your passports or birth certificates and photo id he might ask you did you buy anything tell him what you bought and he will say have a good day and you walk away

6. Now if you put your bags out of your door now you will walk into a big warehouse with numbers hanging from the ceiling go and find your number and good luck finding your bags

hope this helps
