Easy to Pack Game suggestions?

We have taken Bahamas/Caribbean cruises but next month we are taking a cruise to NE/Canada with my parents and grandparents. I am looking for some easy to pack game suggestions to play while on board as the weather could possibly be cooler and/or not so sunny. I have the cards packed as they go everywhere with us but was just looking to see what some other favorites were.

We have a travel Scrabble game that we always bring on our travels. The board is about the size of a smaller tablet that folds in half. It, and the letter tiles are magnetic, so they don't slide around easily. Everything travels in a cloth drawstring pouch about 6" long.

Since we only use this for travel, we made up our own rule to allow foreign words (but not names) from the country we are currently in.

I know on Carnival, usually the library will have board games.

We got a group together from our roll call a few years ago and played LCR, it's a dice game that's very easy to pack and learn and a lot of fun.

We pack different card games like Monopoly Deal, Uno, Slam, Mille Bornes, Sorry Revenge, Life...easy to pack a variety of games this way. I have to say though that no matter which ones we take, Uno, is always are favorite.

I like boggle for travel game. A travel size backgammon game set.

Dominos for Mexican Train. We have a great new game - quirkle. Easy to learn and play. It is available in a small travel size.

I'm currently shopping for a small Mexican Train set on Amazon. Found 1 for $17. It has the numbers instead of dots, so that the dominoes can be shrunk down quite a bit. I was determined on our upcoming cruise to bring a few games for the hubby and I, besides our usual stack of 3ds games. I also have a silly game called Pass the Pigs that's small and will be a great and fun time killer.

I keep five dice in my travel kit so we can play Yahtzee. I sometimes print up score sheets as well, but a blank piece of paper works just as well.

Most all RCI ships we've sailed had board games onboard...you just have to ask where their kept on each ship.

Rummikub*is a*tile-based game*for two to four players, combining elements of the card game*rummy*and*mahjong. Love playing it in the solarium on Anthem. Easy to learn and play. But holds your attention. Game has some skill level and chance.

We like Pass The Pigs also....it's fun!

For newer games, we like Codenames, Cards Against Humanity and The Resistance. We also play the card version of Oregon Trail for nostalgia sake. We always leave the boxes at home. Gather all cards and directions and pack securely in zip-loc or cloth bag.

Left-center-right and Phase 10 is also a big hit. It is a card game that you can pick up for a few bucks pretty much anywhere board games are sold.

Quiddler and, Skip Bo, Five crowns. Card games with their own decks.

I wouldn't count on the games on the ship, or the library. Someone was always there before me and no games or tables were available
