Are the Espresso/Cappucino machines still in the Concierge and Diamond Lounges?

Same free cocktail period and snacks as the DL. No beverages outside of the cocktail period.

Yes, still free, 24-hour access.

Host Clarea - I'm Diamond Plus (as of last cruise) and tried to make an on-line reservation to Chops for the first night. When checking out I was being charged for two people instead of the BOGO price. Does this mean I have to wait and make my reservation onboard and hope to get the time I was hoping for?

People use two techniques:

Book online for one person. Once onboard, change the reservation to two.

Book online for two people. After dinner, they credit your onboard account for one dinner.
