We use Downy wrinkle release spray and it does a decent job.

There are irons in the laundry room.

Also, for knits anyway, spritz with a little water and use the blow dryer. Voila.

Sorry, no steamers allowed.

I can't answer for RCI. They are specifically noted on Carnival's prohibited items list. They are considered to be a fire hazard.

Carnival considers them a fire hazard therefore they are prohibited. The #1 Concern on a ship is Fire. Even though you are careful using the steamer there may be a wiring problem that you are unaware of that could cause a spark or power surge while using it which could cause a fire. May be a small possibility but why put several thousand people at risk just so you can wear wrinkle free clothes that no one really cares are wrinkled or not

Use dry cleaner plastic bags and clothes won't wrinkle.

We always bring a small one in our carry-on and never had any issues getting it on-board. Of course there will come that one cruise where we will be asked to leave it behind and leave-it-behind we will.
