voom on serenade

will be sailing on serenade in january. does anyone know how the service is and is it worth the cost. thank you. when i was on harmony earlier this year the service was very good

Serenade currently does not have the faster service that Harmony has.

that is disappointing to hear. it should be fleet wide

We were on Serenade last week and had no problems with the Internet, we were even able to live stream a football game.

No worries, it would have probably confirmed what we know - 600+ ms pings and about 3-4 Mbps download speed.
