Excursion Discounts after booking

In the past I've gotten an email with discounts if you book excursion within x hours (24 or 48 hours I believe) after booking a carnival cruise. I'm not sure if this a regular occurrences or not. This time I booked my cruise before excursions were even available. Will a discount ever be offered or should I just go ahead and book now that they're available to book.

If a discount were to come you could cancel and then rebook.

No cancel fees for excursion prior to deadline. I think it's 1 or 3 days before cruise. Fine print will say when you check out.

We got the offer immediately after booking our October 2018 sailing yesterday, We took advantage of it this morning. One thing we discovered though was we only got the 10% discount on three of the four we purchased, one for each port we are visiting. We would suggest if you are booking more than three, get more bang for your buck by listing your three most expensive ones first then go back and add your others in your cart.
