Legend reimbursement

Does anyone know if it's true that reimbursement for flights from the cancelled Legend cruises is put towards the replacement cruise rather than as an actual reimbursement. I'm NOT going to be happy if this is true

I was just searching RCI webpages and other travel pages and it stated payments for reimbursement of airfares would be made within 4-6 weeks back to the original source of payment ie visa, mastercard etc What is doesn't say is if this 4-6 weeks is from the original date of payment for the airfare, or date of final flight or date of cruising or, any damn date. I booked through a travel agent and she has no idea and doesn't seem to be interested in finding out either. But it doesn't go towards the payment of the cruise which I think was your original question.

Mine finally came through. It was sent to my TA who then had to send it on to me. You should have gotten yours by now surely.

Thanks for the info. Not received it yet, unless my TA is sitting on it. Her latest email just the other day said she hadn't heard anything. How long ago did you receive your refund.

Around the 23 August. I'd be getting her to chase it up
