Apparently you have read that taxi are available "at port." Have you read which port your ship is using for disembarkation -- Smith Cove (pier 91) or Bell Street (pier 66)? Cruise Critic has a search function. A quick search should provide an approximate cost for a taxi from your pier to SEATAC. Depending on how many folks are in your party you should also be easily able to find costs for town cars and shuttle services.
