This past holiday cruise on Equinox was the first time I didn't see Cheese Blintzes available in the Ocienview Cafe.

Does anyone know if they are still available on any of the solstice ships?

(I was disappointed, until I met the cheese danishes at Al Bacio. Incredible.)

I was on REFLECTION last week and they had Blueberry Blintzes but I didn't see any plain cheese blintzes.

a thin rolled pancake filled with cheese or fruit and then fried or baked. Quite a nice treat for breakfast!

Blintzes are of European origin. A blintz is a thin crepe-like pancake usually filled with a ricotta-cream cheese mixture. But they can also be filled with fruit. They are folded to form a casing (around the cheese or fruit) and then sautéed or baked.
