We have had success recently with two claims, one with Carnival (Aust) and the other with P&O UK without having to fax, just an email to each of them.:D

Our last Princess cruise, we also faxed to the US and was on there 24 hours later.

We have 2 P & O coming up and emailed. Took about 4 days. Carnival also accepts an email.

I have no idea why there is no consistency between the lines.

Looks like it is snail mail, lucky I have a couple of months to get it sorted, unless they turn that fax machine on:rolleyes:

I found post offices and some estate agents will do a fax for you (for a coin in the charity box) good luck
