Quantum Class Ships

I recently booked a NZ cruise on the Ovation. I've never sailed this class of ship and I've been absent from RCCL since 2001. I was hoping to get some feedback from CC members who've sailed on the Quantum Class ships on what are some of the "Must Do"/"Not to Miss Things," best places to eat, and just hang out. Was also curious on opinions on the perks and overall experience of the Loft Suites since we've booked a Grand Loft Suite.

As stated earlier, I've been away from RCCL since 2001 and really don't know much about current day cruising on the line.
