Carnival Bubble Craps

Does anyone know what all Carnival ships have the bubble craps machines? What about the video blackjack?

If anyone has any experience with these machines, how do they calculate the points, are they calculated as table games or as slots or video poker? Regarding the bubble craps, do they calculate the points based on the bet spread per roll or by the bet spread per shooter?

Bubble craps is a slot machine. A random number generator selects the game outcome milliseconds after you push the button. The rest is entertainment. The "roll" of the dice is not random. It follows the RNG outcome script. Your points depend on how much you bet.
