Typical concierge response time - Grandeur

Hi All.

I sent an email about 5 days ago to the concierge on Grandeur with a couple of questions, but haven’t heard back yet. We are sailing on the 19th. I know they are going through a transition, but I wanted to see if anyone had a sense of when I could expect a response.

Sometime after the 14th.

they do not start working on your cruise until about half way through the one immediately prior.

Frances was in the Concierge lounge 2 weeks ago.

Frances is leaving the Grandeur on Saturday, July 14th for a home visit. I would expect to hear from the new Suite Concierge shortly before your cruise sails. I’m on the Grandeur now and I’ll check with Francis to see if he knows who is replacing him while he is on leave.

Crap, I had hoped to see him in Aug.

Tell him I said Hi.

He was the concierge a few years ago when my Mother collapsed in the lounge while in Halifax.
