Only Roatan as far as i know.

There isn't. Neither sloths, nor monkeys live in Cozumel. I hope that you will reconsider your plan to hold a sloth. I assume that you are an animal-lover since you asked the question. We did a recent trip to Costa Rica where we visited an animal rescue and one of the things we learned is that having new people touch them is very stressful for sloths.
