Freedom Drydock?

I know the Freedom is now in a scheduled drydock and also to repair the propulsion issues they have had for the last month or so. Does anyone know what else will be done during this drydock?

I am very interested to know if the "soft goods" i.e. bedding, sheets and towels will be replaced? We just got off the Brilliance and the ship is in good shape, but the beds are like cement swayback concrete slabs.

I have also read some recent reviews that indicated that the interior public spaces could use some general refreshing. If you've been on the Freedom recently - what's your opinion of the MDR and specialty dining food?

I understand there is a new pier and building at the port - anyone have experience with the new facility?

The RCI blog listed all of them changes on the first day of drydock.

New rooms, refurbishing of existing room. Adding Sabor, Giovanni's, and a new R-Bar lounge.

Where is this blog?

I googled "Freedom of the Seas blog" and found it.

I think this is what they were talking about. Some info on the changes are there.:)

I found the link that details the info on the drydock -

I had to break the link up because Cruise Critic blocks the URL

Copy the full link below then paste it to your browser.

then remove the space between royal and caribbean

and remove the space between caribbean and blog.

Press enter and it will come up

There are 2 spaces to remove in what was posted. The first time I tried, I missed the one between 'caribbean' and 'blog'!

Also, as mentioned before, if you google 'Freedom of the Seas Blog', it is the first link that comes up :)
