Palm Beach with a baby Question

Does Palm Beach have any public bathrooms or are they only located in hotels / restaurants? We'll be visiting next week and were hoping to go the beach for a couple hours with the little one. But we want to make sure there'll be a place we can duck into for a diaper change.

Also anyone know what the current going rate on Palm beach is for a couple of loungers and an umbrella?

There are restrooms, but you can change your baby on the beach, if need be....no one will say a word. Simply find a trash can for the dirty diaper.
