Viking River Beverages

I know beer and wine are provided at lunch and dinner on Viking River. Is soda also available in the dining room, as it is on Viking Ocean?

Their website included the following statement regarding what is included:

"Specially selected wine, beer and soft drinks served with lunch and dinner on board."

You order sodas from the waitstaff, no soda dispenser.

and they keep them coming just like the wine and beer! We were having cokes one day for lunch with our burgers and as we got ready to leave, the waiter asked if we wanted another.! Why yes, thank you.

Some folks grab one last soda/beer/wine at say the Aquavit Terrace lunch and take it into the adjacent lounge to consume at leisure. Viking employees are there to serve you, but yes within their company rules structure.

Only ordered coke which comes in a bottle. Never saw cans.

YES you can bring cans or even bring your own special wine or buy any wine or beer or beverage on land and Viking will serve you your own wine or beverage with NO corkage fee or fuss.

You have a fridge in your room to keep your cans cold.
