Cant find excursion?

I just booked a cruise to cozumel with carnival based on the 4x4 and speedboat and snorkel excursions we looked at before we booked. Now that I have my reservation and I am going in to book excursions, that one is not on our list.

Can I still book this specific excursion? Why isn't it showing up? Thats the reason we chose this port of call....

Have you tried contacting Carnival? Checked the Carnival board? Searched http://www.shoreexcusioneer.com? :confused:
