Shaping of Panama tour

Has anyone done the shaping of Panama shore excursion through HAL or any other line? comments opinions??

Is this review in the Holland threads? I am interested in this as well. We will be on the Jewel. I have a couple questions about the tour. Our excursion book has the icon for dress code meaning no shorts and shoulders must be covered. I am thinking this is becuase of the churches and convents. Was this true for you? Also it says lunch included - where did you stop for lunch? Sorry if this is already in your review..:o
