Anyone know who is the diamond concierge and who is the other concierge?

The diamond concierge is Eunisse and the (suite)concierge is William

I imagine so, I'm looking forward to finally trying this ship out. You were real helpful in Tampa Port knowledge back then. I was booked on Empress out of Miami for my next cruise, but they changed it to Majesty and changed the ports. So EN it is.
