Jewel of the Seas Tips

Recommended Posts

If you’re a light sleeper, don’t book an aft stateroom directly below the outside seating of windjammer. Non stop noise. Other than that, loved the ship and the crew were great.

Just got back from cabin 9256, one deck buffer between us and the WJ, No problem with noise there.

The Jewel is a great ship with great staff onboard, we did 2 TA's on the ship Westbound in November 2017, and then Eastbound May 2018. Our Westbound TA we had a JS cabin #1094, under the Windjammer, and I would not recommend this cabin, it's very noisy, all day and night, with trolleys trundelling along the floor. We did complain after trying to adjust to it, and we were compensated, and moved, but if you can avoid it!!!

Our Eastbound TA we were in another JS at the front of the ship on the opposite side, and we had no problems.

The staff are all very approachable from the Captain, right down the ranks.

Go and enjoy your trip
